The many ways guests show their love for Caribou

Love shows up at Caribou every day. This isn’t love in the dramatic, sweeping sense though (although we know that happens too!). It’s the everyday kind — the kind rooted in comfort, warmth, connection, and community. We’re celebrating that by shining a spotlight on two remarkable individuals whose love for Caribou takes different forms: a Brand Ambassador and a superfan.  

Their love for the brand is what makes Caribou Coffee special: it’s not just the handcrafted beverages, but the people who make us part of their story. 

A passionate storyteller who shares Caribou moments online 

The Caribou Coffee Brand Ambassador role is a special opportunity for select guests who love Caribou and want to post about it on their social media accounts. Ambassadors get to be creative with personal content, while also spreading the word about new Caribou products or offers, and they are rewarded in return with gift cards, discounts and exclusive gifts. Brand Ambassadors are selected from applicants whose social media content aligns with our brand and the cozy Caribou coffeehouse atmosphere.  

So who embodies this Caribou energy? Let’s meet one of our ambassadors: Ann B., @annbrennandesign on Instagram, a mother, graphic designer, small business owner, and Caribou Ambassador since 2024. As an illustrator and designer, Ann typically creates social media content of her flora and fauna watercolor projects, pressed flowers, and graphite drawings, so she felt like sharing her love for Caribou fit the inspiring, creative content she was already posting. Her followers respond to that authenticity too. It’s why we love working with ambassadors who bring our brand to life in a way advertising can’t — through lived experiences and genuine enthusiasm. 

In return, Ann values the unique opportunities the ambassador program offers. “I love Caribou Coffee! [The ambassador program] helps me connect with a Minnesota brand and supports my coffee budget. There’s been some fun content I’ve enjoyed creating for the program!”

Caribou guest, Ronni F., or @RonniBou on Instagram, is a law student on a productive (and caffeinated) mission to study at all the Caribou coffeehouses in the Twin Cities area.  

Inspired to explore new areas in Minnesota before moving out of state in a few months, and by her love of coffee, Ronni knew this goal would add a layer of fun motivation to her studying. Ronni has visited more than 30 Caribou coffeehouses in the first five months and continues her tour. She posts on Instagram after every visit, featuring a photo of the coffeehouse exterior with her coffee and a summary of the experience. Ronni visited a Caribou coffeehouse in October and shared, “One of my faves. I got 5 hours of work done and didn’t even notice. Plus! High top tables that have chairs with backs!” 

Reflecting on the experience so far, Ronni explained what makes each Caribou visit special: “You’ll find Caribou as a gathering place for everyone: the group of women cross stitching in New Hope or the first date in Summit Hill,” she said. “I have had a fantastic time meeting new people, working on law school readings, and grabbing a cup as I head to the Art Sled Rally or the St. Paul Winter Festival. And I’m only halfway done!” We love being a part of our guests’ everyday moments and cheering them on as they make their dreams come true, one Caribou stop at a time.
