Caribou Coffee Return Policy

If you’ve purchased your product at a Caribou Coffee® coffeehouse or on cariboucoffee.com within 30 days and are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please complete this form to start your return process. If you return your items (unopened and in original packaging with no visible signs of use) to us within 30 days, we will process a full refund back to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees may apply to returns.

Exceptions to our Return Policy:

• For coffee, K-Cup® Pods or other merchandise purchased through other retailers, we encourage you to contact the original seller as we are not able to accept returns from third-party retailers.
• Seasonal items or other items designated as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
