Caribou Coffee Return Policy
If you’ve purchased your product on cariboucoffee.com within 30 days and are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please complete this form to start your return process. If you return your items (unopened and in original packaging with no visible signs of use) to us within 30 days, we will process a full refund back to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees may apply to returns.
If an item is returned with a valid receipt to the Caribou Coffee® coffeehouse where it was purchased and within ninety (90) days of purchase, such items will be eligible for a refund. If an item is returned at a location other than where it was originally purchased with a valid receipt and within ninety (90) days of purchase, such items will be returned for in-store credit only. For any item that is returned to a Caribou Coffee coffeehouse without a valid receipt and within ninety (90) days of purchase, such items will be returned for in-store credit up to a maximum of twenty-five dollars ($25). Items that are opened, show signs of use, or are damaged may be denied a refund or exchange.
Caribou Coffee reserves the right to deny returns, refunds and exchanges, including but not limited to prevent fraud, suspected fraud, or abuse.
Exceptions to our Return Policy:
- For coffee, K-Cup® Pods or other merchandise purchased through other retailers, we encourage you to contact the original seller as we are not able to accept returns from third-party retailers.
- Seasonal items or other items designated as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
