Caribou Coffee Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We offer several shipping options:

• Flat Rate: $5
• UPS Ground, Second Day and Next Day: pricing varies based on weight and shipping address.
• Free Shipping for online orders over $45, or with a coffee subscription of $20 or more.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
