REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS*
We’re looking for experienced, multi-unit operators who want to help Caribou Coffee grow.
Minimum commitment of 10+ locations
$3 million in cash/liquid assets
Multi-unit food & beverage and/or franchise experience
*International requirements will vary by market. Potential operators must be well-capitalized and prepared to open a defined number of coffeehouses during a set timeframe.
