It’s Meaningful
One of our many longstanding traditions is custom name tags personalized by team members. While a barista’s name tag might not be the first thing every guest notices when ordering a coffee, it has the potential to start a conversation.
It Starts With You
Coffee has always brought people together and for this mother and son duo, working for Caribou Coffee is a special part of their bond.
Working for the same company wasn’t something they planned, but Shirley and her son Mike now have about four decades of experience working at Caribou between them.
It’s Real, Fresh & Tasty
All Caribou Coffee stores are led by General Managers (GMs) who know the ins and outs of our brand and what it takes to keep their store in shape to create day-making experiences that spark a chain reaction of good. Each year, we take time to gather and celebrate the top performing store leaders during one of our favorite events of the year: Best of the `Bou.
