Annual specialty coffee launches alongside the continuation of fan-favorite Cinnamon Sugar beverage lineup and newly introduced Breakfast Bowls

MINNEAPOLIS, MN (March 5, 2026) – Caribou Coffee, the premium coffeehouse known for its signature handcrafted beverages and day-making experiences, moves into spring with the continued momentum of its fan-favorite Cinnamon Sugar beverage lineup and all-new Breakfast Bowls, now delivering even more protein per serving.

Caribou’s new Breakfast Bowls introduced at the beginning of 2026 offer flavorful and functional nourishment for guests seeking a balanced start to their day. The Denver Breakfast Bowl layered with cage-free scrambled egg, potato, ham, cheese, green bell pepper and onion now delivers 20 grams of protein and 320 calories. For a vegetarian option, the Fiesta Breakfast Bowl combines cage-free scrambled eggs, potatoes, red bell peppers, onions and spinach topped with monterey jack cheese and salsa verde, delivering 12 grams of protein and just 200 calories for a fresh, on-the-go morning boost. Both bowls are gluten-free and offer on-the-go nutrition and savory flavor.

Carrying forward a fan-favorite flavor, the Cinnamon Sugar lineup continues to anchor Caribou’s spring menu with warm, nostalgic notes of real cinnamon and real caramel sauce. From the smooth, creamy Cinnamon Sugar Nitro High Rise to the Iced Vanilla Latte topped with Cinnamon Sugar Cold Foam, the lineup blends comfort and indulgence in every sip. Beginning Thursday, March 5, the spring menu also marks the return of Amy’s Blend, Caribou’s annual limited-time coffee crafted in honor of original roastmaster Amy Erickson. The blend was first introduced in 1995 in honor of Amy’s life and legacy. Making its return ahead of International Women’s Day on March 8, Caribou will donate $1 for every bag of Amy’s Blend purchased* to the International Women’s Coffee Alliance. To close out Women’s History Month, Caribou will also donate 100 percent of proceeds† from Amy’s Blend sales on March 28 and 29.

“Amy’s Blend represents the heart of who we are as a brand,” said Kristen Goldberg, Vice President of Brand and Marketing, Caribou Coffee. “Amy Erickson set the standards for coffee quality and leadership that continue to guide us today. Through our partnership with the International Women’s Coffee Alliance, we are proud to invest in programs for women that create opportunity, expand knowledge and strengthen communities across the coffee industry.”

Available light roast, dark roast and decaf, Amy’s Blend is thoughtfully sourced from coffee beans from Guatemala, Costa Rica, Kenya and Ethiopia. The light roast delivers bright melon acidity, a silky body and raw sugar sweetness, while the dark roast offers sweet, smoky notes with herbal acidity, milk body and licorice sweetness. Amy’s Blend is available in one-pound bags while supplies last at participating Caribou Coffee locations and online.

To round out the season, a new line of spring merchandise is also available including printed stainless steel tumblers in bright, floral-inspired designs, leak-resistant drinkware built for life on the go and pet-friendly favorites including a reversible Caribou bandana and squeaky pup cup plush toy.
