Caribou Coffee picks up national recognition for service and loyalty

Newsweek’s customer service ranking is based on feedback from more than 28,000 consumers, evaluating five key criteria: quality of communication, professional competence, range of services, customer focus, and accessibility. For loyalty, more than 275 programs across the country were evaluated head-to-head in varying categories, and Caribou Perks® landed in the top ten among coffeehouse brands with high marks in six criteria including ease of enjoyment, benefits, overall satisfaction, customer support, trust and the likelihood to recommend the program to others.
Forbes recognized Caribou on its 2025 Best Customer Service list, drawing from 4.4 million responses from 181,000 customers. And USA Today’s award for our loyalty program was based on an evaluation of more than 200,000 programs.
