Sip your way into summer with Caribou Coffee’s new Fruit Shakers and Energy drinks

The coffeehouse introduces eleven new fruit-forward iced beverages to help you cool down or perk up

MINNEAPOLIS, MN – APRIL 29, 2024 – Caribou Coffee, a global premium coffeehouse, is excited to introduce two new permanent iced beverage lines, Fruit Shakers and Energy drinks. New Glazed Donuts and the beloved Strawberry Shortcake Pop are also joining the summer menu. These items will be available starting Thursday, May 2 at participating coffeehouses in the United States.

Fruit Shakers are expertly crafted with real ingredients. These shaken, caffeine-free beverages combine real fruit and fruit juices with coconutmilk to provide a creamy texture that enhances the flavors. Fruit Shakers are available in three flavors: Strawberry, Peach or Berry Punch.

For a refreshing boost, Caribou’s Energy drinks are a new way for guests to caffeinate their day. Using one of four flavors – Blue Raspberry, Peach Mango, Pomegranate Acai, or Strawberry Pineapple – and a choice of signature energy blend – original or lemonade – guests can mix and match to customize their energy experience. Each drink is made with sparking water, a caffeinated energy blend and a choice of flavor, served over ice.

The full list of beverages coming permanently to Caribou Coffee menus nationwide includes:

  • Strawberry Fruit Shaker: Coconutmilk shaken with ice, real strawberries, vanilla flavor and a signature strawberry base created with Tractor Beverage.
  • Peach Fruit Shaker: Coconutmilk shaken with ice, real peaches, vanilla flavor and a signature peach base created with Tractor Beverage.
  • Berry Punch Fruit Shaker: Coconutmilk shaken with ice, real strawberries, vanilla flavor and a signature punch base, with flavors of pomegranate and dark cherry, created with Tractor Beverage.
  • Blue Raspberry Energy: A sparkling energy drink flavored with blue raspberry. Available in original or lemonade flavor.
  • Peach Mango Energy: A sparkling energy drink with flavors of peach and mango. Available in original or lemonade flavor.
  • Strawberry Pineapple Energy: A sparkling energy drink with flavors of strawberry and pineapple. Available in original or lemonade flavor.
  • Pomegranate Acai Energy: A sparkling energy drink with flavors of pomegranate and acai. Available in original or lemonade flavor.

Food

Caribou Coffee is also debuting two convenient pick-me-ups to keep guests fueled for summer.

The Glazed Donut joins the permanent menu. The delicious yeast ring donut dipped in glaze is a decadent treat for morning or afternoon.

The fan-favorite Strawberry Shortcake Pop is back for a limited time while supplies last. The delicious cake pop made from white sponge cake is infused with all-natural strawberry flavoring, dipped in pink-colored white chocolate, and topped with pink and white pearls.

Caribou Perks®

Caribou Coffee is introducing new Caribou Combos, available for a limited time exclusively for Caribou Perks® members. Two combo options starting at $10 are available in-store or by ordering ahead via the app starting May 2:

  • Medium Crafted Press + any all day breakfast item
  • Medium Energy drink + any lunch item

Caribou Perks members have various options to order and pick up their favorites from the summer menu, including ordering and paying ahead through the Caribou Coffee app to earn points for in-store, drive-thru, curbside pickup, or delivery. Additionally, there is no added charge for non-dairy milk options for Caribou Perks members when they order ahead via the Caribou Coffee app. The mobile app allows guests to save their favorite customizable drinks and frequently visited stores, share rewards with friends, and redeem points or rewards online and in the coffeehouse.
