Our San Martin Jilotepeque is a coffee sourced from several small producers around the city of San Martin Jilotepeque in the Chimaltenango region of Guatemala and features sweet, bright, fruit forward chocolate characteristics. The Mill is located on a third-generation coffee farm in the region (Finca Catalan de las Mercedes) and is owned and operated by Nico Hammond, a community leader partnering with Unitrade to make a positive change for the surrounding population.
