Amy was a trailblazer in the coffee industry, and we honor her with every batch of coffee we roast. We are proud to donate a portion of Amy's Blend proceeds to support and uplift women in coffee, celebrating and continuing Amy's legacy.

“Crafted in honor of our original roastmaster, Amy Erickson, who helped establish the baseline for quality, this dark roast blend of Americas and African coffee, roasted a touch darkly, showcase some of the best flavors of the region with toasty stone fruit and hints of savory herb.

*Caribou Coffee® will donate $1 for every bag of Amy’s Blend 1lb beans purchased, up to a maximum of $50,000, to the International Women’s Coffee Alliance (IWCA) at participating locations from March 5, 2026 while supplies last.”
