Tastes like summertime: The Campfire Mocha Espresso Shaker joins our summer menu

Summer days are dreamy and delightful, filled with sunshine and endless adventures, but there’s something really special about a summer night — especially when you’re gathered around a crackling campfire with your family and friends. Those cool, cozy nights spent reminiscing and roasting s’mores become some of our most treasured memories, which is exactly the idea behind our summer menu, featuring the fan-favorite Campfire Mocha® in a special starring role.

As the name suggests, Campfire Mocha was inspired by those beloved bonfire nights, combining real chocolate and marshmallow flavor to replicate the delicious sweetness of a roasty-toasty s’more fresh out of the flame. It’s been a standby on our menu for years, but this year we’ve added new iterations to the lineup, one being: the Campfire Mocha Espresso Shaker!

What is an Espresso Shaker?

Espresso Shakers, which we launched in 2023 and are now part of our permanent menu, are an easy-drinking blend of freshly brewed espresso shaken with ice and topped with oatmilk, or your choice of milk. In addition to the Campfire Mocha Espresso Shaker, you can also enjoy a classic Caramel, Vanilla, or White Chocolate Espresso Shaker, along with other rotating seasonal flavors. 

What’s so special about Campfire Mocha?

Like we said above, Campfire Mocha was inspired by s’mores, the classic campfire treat. It’s a blend of freshly brewed, premium espresso shaken with ice, real chocolate, sweet marshmallow flavor and your choice of milk. (Oatmilk is the base choice, but you can swap it for your fave!) While many of us drink iced coffee beverages all year long, there’s something about ordering an ice-cold Espresso Shaker on a hot day that always feels so right — especially when it tastes like the happiest summer bonfire memories.

Another limited-edition item on the menu this summer: Campfire Cold Foam, a fluffy chocolate marshmallow topper that can be added to any handcrafted beverage!

Are there more Campfire Mocha beverages?

For sure! The Campfire Mocha Espresso Shaker is a limited-edition beverage, but there are several Campfire Mocha drinks on the permanent menu — including the Campfire Mocha Caribou Cooler® blended beverage, which is a delightful concoction of coffee blended with ice, marshmallow flavor and real chocolate and topped with whipped cream, chocolate drizzle and mini marshmallows; and Nitro Campfire Mocha, a smooth and velvety nitro cold press with milk, marshmallow flavor and real chocolate and topped with espresso whip.
