Pumpkin and Honeycrisp apple flavors return to Caribou coffeehouses nationwide beginning Aug. 20, with even more seasonal favorites to be revealed soon

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. (Aug. 3, 2026) – Fall may still be weeks away, but Caribou Coffee® is already counting down to one of its most anticipated times of year. Guests are invited to mark their calendars for the return of its beloved fall menu in coffeehouses nationwide beginning Thursday, Aug. 20, offering a first look at seasonal menu favorites that have become an annual tradition for guests. From handcrafted beverages to seasonal bakery offerings, this year’s lineup celebrates the nostalgic flavors and cozy routines that make the arrival of fall worth counting down to.

Bringing together two signature flavors of the season, this year’s menu features returning pumpkin favorites alongside Honeycrisp apple beverages inspired by the crisp, orchard-fresh flavor of the Minnesota-born apple variety. From cozy hot beverages and refreshing iced sips to espresso shakers and seasonal food offerings, the lineup delivers something for every kind of fall flavor mood.

A preview of returning fall menu favorites includes:

  • Pumpkin White Mocha: A seasonal indulgence featuring white chocolate melted into steamed milk and combined with espresso and real pumpkin. Available hot or iced, it is finished with whipped cream and a sprinkle of white chocolate chips. 
  • Pumpkin Espresso Shaker: A refreshing pick-me-up made with real pumpkin and fresh espresso shaken with ice and topped with a splash of oatmilk.
  • Iced White Mocha with Pumpkin Cold Foam: A decadent beverage crafted with white chocolate, espresso and milk served over ice and topped with a fluffy pumpkin cold foam.
  • Pumpkin Latte: A classic go-to beverage made with real pumpkin, espresso and steamed milk; topped with ground nutmeg for that perfect fall essence and served hot or over ice.
  • Honeycrisp Apple Caramel Espresso Shaker: Made for apple lovers, this beverage combines real caramel sauce, Honeycrisp apple and fresh espresso that is shaken with ice and topped with a splash of oatmilk.
  • Honeycrisp Apple Caramel High Rise® Latte: A delightful fall treat crafted with real caramel sauce, Honeycrisp apple and espresso that is combined with steamed milk and topped with whipped cream and caramel drizzle. Served hot or iced.
