Caribou Coffee launches new spring menu featuring cinnamon sugar

The coffeehouse introduces limited-time offerings inspired by warm, delicious churros

MINNEAPOLIS, MN – MARCH 5, 2025 – Caribou Coffee, a premium coffeehouse known for industry-leading innovation and signature handcrafted beverages, is excited to introduce a new flavor to sweeten up spring. Starting Thursday, March 6, guests can enjoy handcrafted beverages and food inspired by warm delicious churros, like the Cinnamon Sugar Caramel Espresso Shaker and Cinnamon Sugar Caramel Cream Donut. Made with a delicious combination of sugar and real cinnamon, the collection of drinks delivers a perfect balance of rich espresso and creamy sweetness. While the soft, fluffy donut inspired by the cozy goodness of a freshly made churro is the perfect pairing. These limited-time offerings are available at participating coffeehouses nationwide, while supplies last.

Caribou Coffee’s new cinnamon sugar menu items include:

• Cinnamon Sugar Caramel Espresso Shaker: Caramel and churro-inspired sauce shaken with fresh espresso and ice; topped with a splash of oatmilk.
• Cinnamon Sugar Mocha: Chocolate, churro-inspired sauce, espresso and milk; served hot or iced.
• Cinnamon Sugar Latte: Espresso combined with steamed milk and churro-inspired sauce; served hot or iced.
• Cinnamon Sugar Caramel Cream Donut: Churro-inspired cinnamon sugar long john donut filled with caramel cream.

Guests can also add cinnamon sugar flavor to any of their other favorite Caribou Coffee beverages for an additional charge.

With spring also comes the return of Caribou Coffee’s Amy’s Blend. Each year the release of Amy’s Blend is celebrated by both employees and guests to pay tribute to Caribou’s original roastmaster, Amy Erickson. Caribou Coffee sources specialty-grade coffee because of the rigorous standards she put into place more than 25 years ago.

Amy’s Blend features both a light and dark roast whole bean blend. Amy’s Blend light roast is bright and silky with melon acidity, silky body, and raw sugar sweetness. It is also available in decaf. Amy’s Blend dark roast is sweet and smoky with herbal acidity, milk body, and licorice sweetness.

This year Caribou Coffee will again be supporting the International Women’s Coffee Alliance (IWCA) with sales of Amy’s Blend. For every bag of Amy’s Blend purchased, Caribou Coffee will donate $1 to the International Women’s Coffee Alliance^† to support and uplift women in coffee.

To sweeten the deal, anyone who purchases a bag of Amy’s Blend or other specialty-grade coffee beans will get a free any-size Coffee of the Day. This offer is available in stores to all guests while Caribou Perks® members can enjoy the convenience of redeeming it online or in the Caribou Coffee app.

Members have various options to order and pick up their favorites from the spring menu, including ordering and paying ahead through the Caribou Coffee app to earn points for in-store, drive-thru, curbside pickup, or delivery. From there, members can build their points balance and redeem great rewards like free bakery items, handcrafted beverages, size upgrades and even growlers and coffee beans. Additionally, there is no added charge for non-dairy milk options for Caribou Perks members when they order ahead via the Caribou Coffee app. The mobile app allows guests to save their favorite customizable drinks and frequently visited stores, share rewards with friends, and redeem points or rewards online and in the coffeehouse.
