once again - no body, aroma nothing special - poor roasting seems evident - just like the caribou stock - sinking with character or flavor - if all you want to be if caffeine purveyors - go into energy drinks - this is gas station grade coffee

I like the description but truthfully haven't tried it yet. I would like to give a try and give it a proper rating.

A very nice, somewhat light, everyday coffee.

I work at Caribou so I've been lucky enough to get to taste this piece of art already. I absolutely love its bold but silky flavors. You can definitely smell and taste the hints of yummy cherry and chocolate. Super good! And, totally RFAC!!!Hurray!!

Lakeshore Blend brings the natural tea-like body and floral sweetness of our Guatemala into the cherry-cocoa punch of our Costa Rica; using the citrus acidity of a washed Ethiopian to balance the cup and is roasted to preserve the delicate aromatics of the blend.

Definitely a smooth and easy to drink everyday coffee. I ordered online and have had it each morning for the last week. Not as complex as a Sumatra or some other single-origins, but a very good coffee.

Not quite what I was expecting... but good! I tend to prefer light roasts, so I was surprised to discover I liked Lacuna more than Lake shore. But definitely way better than gas station coffee (don't know how someone could rank caribou so low!)

It's quite unfortunate that people with immature pallets decide to review coffee that is evidently beyond their conception of quality. This is THE farthest thing from "gas station coffee." Dude probably brewed it wrong. Coarse grind 5 tbs of this glorious blend into a french press, fill it to a 1/2 inch from the top with hot water and steep for 4 mins. Plunge and enjoy a rich and complex cup of pure and delicious springtime inspired coffee.

Great taste - not too overpowering and nice medium blend with lots of flavor

Though generally not a fan of lighter roasts, I found Lakeshore to have more body and richer taste than I expected. Add some cream and it's the perfect drink for a spring morning. I'm glad I tried it.

Mellow with no aftertaste. I brew this one 1scoop to 1cup for the flavors to come through at their richest.

I love all the Caribou Coffee that I have got before. But this coffee leaves a salty taste in my mouth. I have brewed several pots from the same bag and it still leaves a salty taste and feel in my mouth.

It's been awhile since I bought my first bag of this so thought I would try it again. Did not care for it as it's flavor was too smoky for me. I will be returning.

Very good when brewed at the store and I found similar great taste for the first week and a half at home. I think I need a better storage method to retain the clean smoothness of this coffee. I have always loved this blend and have tried many light roasts from craft coffee stores and found this to be a great value compared to the other stores high prices. I am always happy to see this as the brew of the day at the store.

As a year around coffee I like this one the best. I really like the La Manita Peaberry when that comes out in the spring also.

You guys are wasting your time to write a paragraph about caribou coffee I just read a paragraph about some guys trip to Alaska he mention coffee once. One guy said he had never even tried the blend and gave it 2 beans what kind of thought goes into to that. Another comment was given 5 beans from a guy that works at caribou. This whole recommend your coffee bull spit gives your recommendation based on how dark or light your choices are. Your telling me if i like bananas then i must love dark coffee. i chose all the light choices and i didn't even recommend the lightest flavor. There are about 5 choices in all that are given that is soooooooo pointless. Then i looked up caribou's mission statement and it says rain forest alliance, and then it says rain forest alliance, and then it ends. No one cares how healthy your beans are even if they are certified if it tastes bad we're going to starbucks.

Lakeshore Blend is a lovely coffee experience. It is a full forward medium roast, but smooth and toasty. This is a perfect morning coffee and I think it also works as an after dinner coffee, too (I wish there were a decaf version for that purpose.) You won't be sorry! :)
