Caribou is head and shoulders above the rest of the field when it comes to French Roast. They've managed a supremely dark blend that's bold and powerful without that awful burnt taste so common in the competition’s French Roast. Outside of Obsidian, this may be one of my favorite Caribou roasts.

I love your coffee. I buy the whole beans at Target and prefer no other brand! I really wish you would open a store in Columbia, MD.

This is my favorite. I love that Caribou @ SW Station has "French" Fridays! It's my favorite day of the week there. I know many other guests appreciate this too, the team there really caters to their guests needs, and is so friendly and polite, it makes you want to stay all day and chat with them! Keep up the good work!

I have tasted many dark roasts from all over America, from New York to New Mexico, this is the best. It's smooth and easy, not complicated.

Of all of the Caribou Dark Roasts (which I most thoroughly enjoy), the French Roast rates as my lowest. Yes, it is bold, but it has one fundamental flaw: saltiness. This coffee is bears a strong, salty taste that overshadows anything else which is good about it.

About the only thing I'll but at the bou anymore and the grocery store is carrying better roasted FR now than this - a sad state when I can go to the gas station and get the same quality - Carribou please stop trying to be the "family oriented" treat store and get back to being a real coffee shop

Only on rare occasions is this my first cup of coffee in the morning! Maybe if I have guests and a full cooked breakfast. No. For my household, it is a special occasion coffee, a perfect finish to a special dinner.

I only drink very strong, very darkly roasted coffees. This is, by far, the best one I've tasted thus far. Prepared in a French press, it is virtual perfection. It's very full bodied and smoky, but there isn't a hint of the charred taste typical of your chief competitor's French Roast coffee.

Please have the inventory again in "Shoprite". That's the nearby supermarket we can buy your bland, but it seems disappeared after this past summer.

Why don't have Caribou Coffee in our area? We love your coffee very much and I think people will be much more appreciate than Stabucks!

I need a real kick! You will not be disappointed this French roast will adapt to your brewing preference..Plus you can go for a real nice espresso with this French Roast so its win win.. Dan

Your best coffee! When I enter your store (5-6 times a week) and see this as the dark roast, delighted. But, please stop serving Reindeer and other 'specials' as the daily dark. I just want a cup of coffee and could care less if it is holiday, some good deed or whatever. Don't sacrifice our daily cup for your need to upsell us as I am walking out of store if it is Reindeer!

My taste for coffee was defined when I lived in Rome, Italy and drank expressos. When I returned home to the US, I found that Caribou Coffee's French Roast exceeded the excellent flavor of the expressos I remember from Rome.
