A surprisingly big bodied coffee with a clean, citrus punch that finishes like ripe raspberries. In season and delicious!

this is the most amazing coffee ive ever had. my girlfriend bought me a french press and a half pound of this stuff yesterday and half of it is already gone. the french press makes it ever better i think. ill be buying more tomorrow.

To me the flavor is smooth & earthy, reminds me of wet grass in the morning i did not get floral as the description sez...I love the fact that the El Paraiso farmers and Caribou are working together in commitment to sustainable coffee growing and harvesting...

THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST COFFEE IN THE WORLD! I HAVE HAD NOTHING BETTER THAN THIS EVER! I only buy this coffee from Caribou! I wish this was the only coffee you sell! Never stop making this coffee please!

When I worked for Caribou Coffee this was my favorite coffee as well as the favorite of the shop I worked in! We were all very disappointed when it became seasonal. I am very excited to see this light, fruity, delicious coffee back again!

Coffee that tastes like it smells when freshly ground. Wonderful Caribou coffee. Starbucks take a number and stand in line.

A close second to my two favorite light roast coffees... but I am partial to coffee from Guatemala, as once picked coffee berries on a volcano side in Guatemala.

I've actually been to Huehuetenango, Guatemala where this coffee is from, and had the coffee as fresh as possible. I have to say this blend from Caribou is delicious, and almost as good as the freshest bean.

This coffee has always been my favorite! It's light but full of flavor. It's not very acidic which I like a lot! I like the nutty flavor!

This coffee has traces of cocoa and hint of fruitiness. Being a light roast you get more of the bean flavor and less of the charcoal flavor common to dark roasts. It is a nice balance. I make it expresso strength to concentrate the flavors and reduce the acid.

I think this is a lovely cup of coffee. It's definitely a light roast, but full bodied and satisfying, and very smooth (which is why I love Caribou!) The Caribou tasting notes are perfect, delicate sweet almond, nutty, a little flowery, with hints of caocao. The color is a wonderful rich brown, and if a little cream is addded it becomes a beautiful shade of creamy, cherry brown. This is a wonderful coffee for warmer months, or as just an all day long, go-to roast. You won't be sorry with the Guatemala El Paraiso selection.
