I love the flavor that this coffee brings to my mouth every morning. It's a smooth, crisp, juicy taste that i can't get enough of. I wish i could get it throughout the year and knowing that i can't I have to settle once my pounds are gone. :(

I love this coffee, I tried the pacific peaberry by Gloria Jeans it is popular, but the La Minta peaberry is far more smoother and better. I get the whole bean to get the full effect of the aroma of the coffee when the beans are crushed open. You can't go wrong with this selection.

This coffee is 1 of only 3 which I consider to be the best in the world (the other 2 being Puerto Rican and Jamaican Blue Mountain). The subtle flavors, i.e., hints of cherry, chocolate & nutty finish are balanced to absolute perfection when this coffee is properly brewed. For me La Minita is nunber 1!

I fell in love with this coffee after that first sip. I wait for it every year. I am a seasoned coffee drinker and have been for 45 years and this really is the best coffee I have ever had.

Very smooth coffee with no bitterness or aftertaste. After my first cup I could tell this was the best I've every had.

This is a very tasty peaberry. IMO, Costa Rican peaberries are the best of all, and La Minita is a great representative of them. Solid flavor, not pushy or heavy, stands up to espresso or French press, never bitter. Some beans are too forceful, some too indistinct. Not La Minita. Worth waiting for each year. I always stock up and keep it in the freezer. You should, too!

This coffee is incredible. It's smooth but delivers a huge kick. I first had this after a day of fasting in Ramadan and was wired for the rest of the night. Too bad it is almost gone for the year...

This is a very smooth coffee. Great any time of day or night. Ita has a light citrus tartness and fills your mouth with a wonderful fullness even though it is a light roast. Great Stuff!

I am not a big coffee fan, but was given a pound of La Minita Peaberry as a gift recently. I LOVE this coffee! When I serve it to friends and family, they always ask what kind of coffee treasure I have found. Several have joked that I could open my own coffee kiosk serving just this coffee. It is sweet as opposed to bitter, smooth, warming and full of pleasant, complex flavors, without being too robust. I am a happy and new Caribu convert with La Minita Peaberry!

This is by far the best light roast coffee I've ever had. It is the very smooth sweet taste that I love. The Central American region produces the best light roast beans, but I believe this is the best of the best. I look forward to this coffee all year long.

This is my favorite so far among the Caribou coffees. When I first discovered them, I had been buying Starbucks for years. I had not heard of Caribou in AL at that time. Now, it is my absolutely favorite, and I'm ejoying trying all of them. Would love to see one with some Hawaiian roast.

I like dark and bold and this is barely passable. Friend was proud of serving it with cake at birthday party recently and coffee went begging. People just did not care for it.

I've always loved coffee but it was this brand that really got me interested into different coffee beans and the whole process of coffee making. This is the absolute BEST coffee I have ever had, well worth the money!
