Caribou Gift Card Terms and Conditions of Use

Acceptance
By using the Caribou Coffee Gift Card, you are specifically agreeing to these terms and conditions as may be amended or modified by Caribou Coffee at any time without notice.

Purchasing a Gift Card
You can purchase a Caribou Gift Card at participating Caribou Coffee locations or by calling 1.888.CARIBOU. Caribou Gift Cards may only be purchased in exchange for cash or by credit card. Caribou Coffee does not accept checks for gift card purchases.

Reloading Your Gift Card
You can reload your Caribou Gift Card at www.cariboucoffee.com or at participating Caribou Coffee locations. If you want to reload your gift card online, simply register your Caribou Coffee gift card by following the online instructions. We also provide an online automatic reload process if you choose to link your gift card to a credit card.

To reload your Caribou Gift Card at a participating Caribou Coffee location, simply present the card to the cashier along with cash or a credit card as payment for the requested reload amount.

Balance Statement
Caribou Coffee does not send gift card statements. To check the balance go to www.cariboucoffee.com and follow the instructions, call 1.888.CARIBOU, or go to a participating Caribou Coffee location.

Use of Card
The Caribou Gift Card may only be used for purchases of goods and services at participating Caribou Coffee locations and online at www.cariboucoffee.com.

The majority of Caribou Coffee locations accept gift cards. However, there are a few locations that due to legal and contractual restrictions may not.

Caribou Coffee reserves the right to decline to accept any Caribou Gift Card if Caribou Coffee reasonable believes that the use is unauthorized or otherwise illegal.

The Caribou Gift Card is not a credit card and does not represent a bank deposit and is therefore not insured under the banking regulations of any jurisdiction.

Expiration Dates and Non-Use Service Fees
A Caribou Gift Card does not expire and Caribou Coffee does not charge any non-use service fees.

Caribou Coffee as allowed by law reserves the right to charge a service fee for unique services that may be requested by a gift card user.

Protecting the Balance of Your Gift Card
The Caribou Gift Card can be used like cash at participating Caribou Coffee locations, online at www.cariboucoffee.com or by calling 1.888.CARIBOU. To protect the unused balance of the gift card, register your card at www.cariboucoffee.com by following the online instructions. If your card is lost, stolen or destroyed, contact us at 1.888.CARIBOU immediately and we will gladly replace any registered gift card as well as the balance remaining on the card at the time you give us notice. Once you give us notice, we will issue to you a new gift card and freeze the lost, stolen or destroyed card so that it will no longer be of value.

Disclaimer of Liability
CARIBOU COFFEE MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH REGARD TO THE CARIBOU COFFEE GIFT CARD, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR THAT THE GIFT CARD WILL ALWAYS BE ACCEPTED. IN THE EVENT CARIBOU COFFEE IS FOUND LIABLE, YOU SHALL ONLY BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER ACTUAL AND DIRECT DAMAGES, NOT TO EXCEED THE LAST BALANCE ON THE CARIBOU COFFEE GIFT CARD. CARIBOU COFFEE SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFIT, REVENUE OR USE) ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THIS AGREEMENT OR THE USE OF THE CARIBOU COFFEE GIFT CARD, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. CARIBOU COFFEE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES SUSTAINED BY REASON OF ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND THE REASONABLE CONTROL OF CARIBOU COFFEE.

Disputes, Choice of Law and Venue
Any disputes with regard to the Caribou Gift Card shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota without regard to any conflict of law rules. The venue of any dispute shall be in any court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Minnesota. By using the Caribou Gift Card you agree that the Caribou Gift Cards are deemed purchased and issued from the State of Minnesota.

Privacy
The Caribou Coffee Privacy Policy found elsewhere on www.cariboucoffee.com is hereby incorporated by reference.

Modifications Caribou Coffee reserves the right amend, modify or change in any fashion the terms and conditions of use of the Caribou Gift Card.
