Allergens
Nuts:
This page is provided for customers of Caribou Coffee who need to know about products that contain or may have been produced on lines using peanuts, other nuts, or nut products.
The following Caribou Coffee items contain nuts:
- Turtle Mocha: Snickers topping contains peanuts.
- Toffee Cooler: Both base and topping contain traces of almonds.
- Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Cooler: Contains peanuts in both base and topping.
The following Caribou Coffee items are made on manufacturing lines that are also used for products that contain nuts. Guests with serious nut allergies should avoid these items.
- Chocolate-covered espresso beans: Used on mochas.
- Chocolate shavings: Used on mochas.
- Chocolate grahams: Cookie Jar item.
- Toffee Coolers: Made with almonds (as stated above) and on lines that are also used for peanut products.
- Coolers, Snowdrifts, and Smoothies: Because our blenders are used for Peanut Butter and Toffee Coolers (as well as blended-in candy bits), there may be trace amounts of almonds or other nuts left in the blender.
Guests with extreme sensitivities may ask that blender cups be disinfected; alternatively, they should think of avoiding blended beverages entirely!
Baked Goods:
In almost all cases, even bakery items that do not inherently contain nuts may be manufactured on production lines where nuts are sometimes an ingredient. Because we cannot guarantee that these items have avoided contamination with even a trace amount of peanuts, we must recommend that guests with extreme allergies avoid Caribou Coffee's baked goods.
Packaged Goods:
Packaged goods should come from our vendors labeled with complete nutritional information (including allergens). Concerned guests can read indications on the labels to see which, if any, products they should avoid.

- Milk Chocolate Graham Notes: Contains wheat and milk products.
- Dark Chocolate Graham Notes: Contains wheat and milk products.
- Smoked Turkey Sandwich Notes: This item contains MSG.
